Facilitation
Maura’s facilitation skills are outstanding.
Maura facilitates teams to develop and operationalize Multi Tiered Systems of Support ensuring evidence based practices and processes are in place to teach and respond to student learning at the Universal (tier 1), Additional (tier 3) and Intensified (tier 3) levels. She ensures a common understanding of the role and purpose of teams and supports individuals to focus on the use of effective collaboration skills. She supports teams to create system level communication plans.
